Terms & Policies

Applies to purchases of piano sheet music at tdkpiano.com. By buying, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. Product

Each product is a PDF file of piano sheet music arranged by TDK Piano. This is a digital product; nothing is shipped to you. The preview images on the site show only a small part of each piece. You receive the complete file after payment.

2. Price and payment

Each sheet costs $2.70 USD via PayPal, or 60,000₫ by Vietnamese bank transfer with a QR code. For QR transfers, send the exact amount and the exact transfer content shown on screen so the system can match your payment automatically. The PDF is emailed to you as soon as payment is confirmed.

PayPal payments are sent to vietdesign2410@gmail.com. PayPal payments are confirmed manually: please send your proof of payment together with your order code and the email address that should receive the sheets to TDK Piano on Facebook. The PDF will be sent after TDK Piano checks and confirms your payment.

When you choose PayPal, the site gives you an order code: please add the code to your PayPal note and to your Facebook message so we can confirm faster. PayPal prices: $2.70 USD per single sheet, $30.00 for the 20-sheet collection and $50.00 for the 50-sheet collection.

Build-your-own collections: the 20-sheet collection costs 500,000₫ and the 50-sheet collection costs 999,000₫. You choose exactly 20 or 50 sheets from the list of sheets currently on sale. A printed book is available only for orders delivered within Vietnam and paid by bank QR. Customers abroad receive the files by email only.

If your order does not switch to “paid” within 3 minutes, please message TDK Piano on Facebook for help.

3. Receiving your files

Download links are valid for 30 days, and each file can be downloaded up to 5 times. If a link expires or you lose it, use “Get my sheets again” on the site (enter the email you used when buying) to receive a new link. Please check your email address carefully when buying: if you enter it incorrectly, the link will be sent to that address. If you need help, message TDK Piano with your order code.

For collections (or orders of two or more sheets) you can download everything in a single zip file; each zip download counts as one download for every sheet in it.

4. Refunds

Because these are digital products, we do not refund an order once you have received and downloaded the file, except when: you paid but did not receive the file after trying “Get my sheets again”, the file is corrupted and will not open, or you paid twice for the same order. In those cases, please contact us to receive the file again or a refund.

5. Copyright and use

Sheets are for personal practice only. Please do not resell them, post them publicly or share the files with others. The original songs belong to their respective authors and rights holders; TDK Piano only sells its own piano arrangements.

6. Personal information

We only store your email (and your name if you enter one), your order code, the amount and the payment time, so that we can send your files and help you when needed. We do not store card numbers or banking passwords (you pay directly in your banking app or PayPal) and we do not sell your information to third parties. The emails with your files are sent through the Resend email service.

7. Contact
